Complete Resolution of the Homeless situation will come with the cooperation of all cities within Orange County who follow the same game plan.

Fencing them out is not the answer. 

Again, implementation is all that is necessary. We need to start on doing that  immediately.

If I can get here beyond that fence, they can get here.

 


There is a speedy and complete resolution that is economical and feasible which respects the rights of the homeless themselves.

They Need a Village.
